Description

Experience: 5+ years in online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry, this role is a great opportunity for someone with experience in digital sales and a passion for the food and beverage industry to make a significant impact on our growth and customer reach.


Job Overview

The Growth Manager will drive online sales, build and manage relationships with third-party aggregators, and develop strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. This role requires close collaboration with teams across marketing, operations, and customer service to enhance our presence on platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, and other online sales channels.


Key Responsibilities


· Online Sales & Strategy Development

- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and achieve revenue targets.

- Analyse online customer data and insights to identify growth opportunities.

- Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to drive traffic and sales.


· Third-Party Aggregator Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party platforms (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato) and other digital partners.

- Negotiate partnerships, discounts, and promotions with aggregator platforms to drive sales.

- Track performance metrics on these platforms and adjust strategies to maximize impact.


· Data Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor, analyse, and report on key metrics like customer acquisition, conversion rates, and ROI.

- Use data-driven insights to improve customer experience and retention.

- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across online channels.

- Work closely with the product and logistics teams to manage online inventory and ensure timely fulfilment.


· Customer Engagement & Retention

- Develop and implement loyalty programs, special offers, and marketing campaigns to enhance customer retention.

- Monitor customer feedback on aggregator platforms and social media, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.


· Market Trends & Competitor Analysis

- Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in the food and beverage sector.

- Recommend improvements in offerings, packaging, or other elements based on competitive analysis.


Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in online sales, preferably in the F&B industry.

· Strong analytical skills and experience with e-commerce metrics.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

· Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing, and online sales platforms.


Additional Skills

· Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

· Experience with third-party aggregators like Swiggy, Zomato, etc.

· Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
