Description
Responsible for ensuring training for new/ existing direct employees, client staff (as required
during client sale of training) by being the training facilitator. Effectively orient the training participants to the security profession in accordance with the defined internal guidelines and regulatory requirements of PASARA act.
Responsibility
New Employee Orientation
● Review recruitment, anticipated training intake plan for the month in the training school, and Plan training batches for the month
● Check documentation for the new joinee – identify proof, education certificate, Gram panchayat certificate, personal affidavit etc.
● Coordinate for medical checkup with identified medical doctor or institute
● Highlight issues related to lack of proper documentation/medical checkup issues with relevant authorities in service delivery/ recruitment/ ISM team
● Send reviewed documents set to branch for record keeping and EDM transaction center for employee data entry and clock number generation.
● Induct employee into the training basis guidelines
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in relevant domain
Relevant Experience
● Minimum 8-10 years of overall experience
● Extensive experience in delivering training programs to large groups of security personnel
