Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager - Hydro & Infrastructure to join our team at EyeROV, India's first indigenous manufacturer of commercial underwater drones/ROVs. This role is pivotal in driving sales within government sectors like state owned dam organization, central/ PSU’s like NHPC, NTPC etc…. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to revenue realization, while developing strong relationships with our clients and ensuring seamless coordination with our operations team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in expanding EyeROV’s presence in the defence and Search and Rescue sector through innovative sales strategies and excellent customer service.
Your Roles & Responsibility
•Achieving the sales targets for the company
•To work with Dams, Tunnels and allied sectors for sales of EyeROV products and solutions
•Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to revenue realisation
•Creation of techno-commercial proposals for clients, tenders and other projects
•Responsible for the post-sales coordination with the Client and Operations team for the execution of work, follow-up for getting payments after work completion and maintaining customer relationships
•Handle Tenders with Govt, PSU, Semi-Govt, Private Companies
•Reports Directly to CEO

•Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
•Excellent communicator and relationship builder
•Ability to learn, understand and communicate technical product requirements
•Ability to speak fluently in English and Hindi.

Experience
8 - 15 years of relevant experience in the Sales
Location: Kochi or Remote (within India)
Qualification
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or related degree
•Should have done B2B technical sales
•Should have prior sales experience in Dams/Hydro sector
