Key Responsibilities:
Field Sales & Lead Generation:
o Identify and approach potential clients in assigned territories.
o Generate new business opportunities by identifying leads and converting them into customers.
o Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new customer segments.
Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
o Address customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve any issues.
o Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for improvements.
Product Promotion & Marketing:
o Promote and demonstrate products or services to potential customers in the field.
o Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
o Assist in executing local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and awareness.
Sales Reporting:
o Track sales activities, including visits, calls, and customer interactions, and report them to management.
o Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales progress, and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and persuade potential clients.
A proactive, self-motivated approach to sales and marketing.
Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Negotiation skills and a target-driven mind set
