Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and
oversee all sales and marketing initiatives for company in Aluminium Center. The
successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the company's brand,
increasing customer awareness, and bringing in more orders to enhance the company’s market position in the aluminium industry.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet company objectives
and sales targets.
● Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue new customer accounts.
● Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and
customer satisfaction.
● Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive
product sales.
● Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs, and
provide insights to improve business strategies.
● Collaborate with internal teams such as operations and logistics to ensure seamless
delivery of services and products.
● Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies for maximum return on
investment (ROI).
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
● 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction, industrial,
or aluminium sector.
● Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
● Proven ability to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and
Google Analytics.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
● Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
