Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth

 Manage the sales pipeline and develop accurate sales forecasts, with a focus on agility

and adaptability

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Ports, Defence

and Law Enforcement

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in

target organizations

 Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, and adapt

business development plans accordingly

 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing materials

that resonate with the start-up’s target audience

 Work closely with the management team to develop pricing strategies that maximize

revenue while remaining competitive in the market.


Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field

 5+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on enterprise sales

 Proven track record of driving revenue growth through the development and execution

of successful business development plans

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


 Ability to work independently and take initiative when required and as part of a team

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

 Ability to travel as needed

 Candidate who has had co-founder experience and has done business development or

sales would be preferred

 Experience in enterprise sales within sectors like Oil & Gas, Ports, etc., is strongly preferred

 Additionally, candidates with prior experience in collaborating with defence organizations

and a strong understanding of government tendering processes will be given extra

consideration.
