We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for retail, production, and corporate roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment process and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies for various departments.
Source candidates via job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage offers.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
Oversee onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail or production.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in recruitment tools and ATS.
