• Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Present insurance policies to clients, explaining features, benefits, and costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle client queries post-sales support.
• Stay updated on the latest insurance products, industry trends.
• Provide clients with detailed information on various insurance policies, including life, health, and general insurance.
Applicant Requirements:
• Proven experience in insurance sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., IRDAI certification).
• Knowledge of financial planning and wealth management preferable
