Job Description:
Day to Day Financial AccountingAccounts Receivables & Payables management. FA Audit & Valuation GST & TDS All statutory working and filling. Month-end inter Co Closure ,Interco accounting Cash & Fund Management. Export Banking, Internal, Statutory & Tax Audit , Cash Flow. All bank related works, EDPMS & IDPMS Working
Duties & Responsibilities:
1Day to Day Accounting :
aVerification of GRN & Accounting of Purchase & reconciliation with ERP
bAccounting of Sales & reconciliation with ERP
cAccounting of expense Journals
dVouching & ensure proper record keeping.
2Monitor Receivables & Payables
aWeekly monthly monitoring of accounts receivables & payables
bLiason with Sales & purchase teams to manage receivables and payables
3Statutory Compliance
a.GST, TDS, PF & ESI working
b.Follow up with consultant for filing of relevant returns/forms
c.Ensure maintenance of records
4Month end Closure & reporting
aAccounting of Mothly closure journals such as F/X gains & loss
bAdjustment journals whereever required.
c Inter Company reconciliation of receivables & payables
d.Communicate with Inter Companies for reconciliation
eBank & other accounts reconciliations
5Banking & Cash Management
a.Monitor Cash Inflows/outflows in bank accounts, deposit accounts etc on regular basis
bEnsure availablity of required funds for payments
dDomestic banking liason & documentation such as tracking of bank guarantees
eExport banking liason & documention such as EDPMS
fImport banking liason & documentation such as IDPMS
6Internal, Statutory & Tax Audits
a.Attend the Interal, external & tax Audit sessions with relevant auditors
bPrepare & provide necessary Schedules, documents & workings to ensure timely completion of Audits
7Inventory & FA Audits
a.Annual physical verification of Inventory with Stores teams
bAnnual Physical verification of Fixed Assets and reconciliation with books of accounts
8Employee Reimbursements
aVerification of employee claims pertaining to fuel & other expenditure
bSettlement of claims
