Project Manager - Brand Expansion
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Project Manager - Brand Expansion to lead the location scouting, setup, and launch of new outlets. The role requires strong project management skills, business acumen, and on-ground execution expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and evaluate potential outlet locations.
· Negotiate leases and ensure all legal compliance.
· Oversee outlet setup, including vendor coordination and design implementation.
· Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
· Coordinate with internal teams for a seamless handover to operations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in retail/QSR expansion or project management.
· Strong negotiation, vendor management, and multitasking skills.
· Knowledge of compliance and local regulations is a plus.
