Description

Responsibilities:


1. Sales Activities:

Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, emails, or in-person visits.

Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations tailored to the customer's needs.

Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms to close deals. 

2. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback promptly.

3. Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Analyze sales data and create reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

4. Sales Strategy:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

Plan and execute sales campaigns to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals.


5. Administration:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction details.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales or a similar role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Familiarity with computers (MS office, power point) and professional email communication

Bachelor’s degree in Science(Chemistry)


Work Environment:

Office-based with frequent travel for client meetings.

May involve working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and sales targets.

Sales Executives can advance to roles like Senior Sales Executive, Sales Manager, or Business Development Manager with proven performance and experience.
