Role Overview:
We’re looking for a personable and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our agency in a way that’s friendly, helpful, and value-driven. Your goal is to build genuine relationships, understand their needs, and present how we can help take their brand to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Engage in meaningful conversations that focus on understanding the client’s challenges and goals.
Position our agency as a partner that adds value, rather than a typical sales pitch.
Educate potential clients about our services and how we can elevate their brand.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to tailor solutions for clients.
What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (bonus if you’ve worked in the creative or marketing industry).
