Tele caller (BLR)

Key Responsibilities:

 Outbound and Inbound Calls:

o Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients as per assigned targets.

o Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, or follow-ups.

 Lead Generation & Conversion:

o Contact prospective customers to inform them about products, services, and offers.

o Convince and convert leads into actual sales or appointments.

 Customer Engagement:

o Build and maintain a positive relationship with existing and potential customers.

o Address customer queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
